On the ground floor, there is a large sitting room with a grand piano, a dining area, a spacious kitchen, and a guest WC. This area opens directly onto the private pool space, which is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, a large marble table, and ample garden space.
The first floor consists of four bedrooms and a playroom or office area equipped with a computer and printer. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, a dressing room, a fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a second master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, while two additional double bedrooms share a bathroom and a balcony.
The second floor features a bright and spacious sitting and dining area with a large veranda, a cozy kitchen, and two well-decorated bedrooms that share a bathroom and a balcony.
The top floor of the villa is not available to guests. It is a separate apartment with its own entrance and is completely secluded. Additionally, there is a 45m² basement apartment with windows, consisting of a living room, a small kitchen, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a compact bathroom with a shower. An extra bathroom and shower are also available next to the sauna.
The villa is fully equipped with large Smart TVs, cable television with international channels, a computer and study area, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
