Villa Maestrale is located within a private residential complex, in a predominantly seafront position, close to the famous sandy coastline at Capitolo in Monopoli. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is fully fenced and has an electric gate and private parking within the residential courtyard. Passing through the gate you enter the garden area decorated with fruit trees and aromatic plants, here you will be immediately enraptured by the impressive swimming pool overlooking the deep blue sea. Through the main entrance of the house you enter the large open-space living area with sofa and TV, together with the kitchen, equipped with every convenience, the large table with chairs, all facing a large window with sea view. There is also a reading area with two armchairs also overlooking the sea and the swimming pool where you can enjoy a good glass of wine in total tranquillity.
