Foa’Lua is a direct waterfront executive one at a kind gorgeous and tranquil St Pete Beach House. Foa’Lua is one that is unmatched! It has a perfect location with the best of everything around. You are a short two in a half minute walk to the direct beach access! The three-bedroom two bath home sleeps 6 people comfortably. It features a $3000 king-size Purple mattress in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, a full-size pull-out couch in the second guest bedroom as well as an extra twin mattress if needed if an extra person needs to be accommodated. You will enjoy the fully updated chef’s kitchen including a gas cooktop with a separate beverage cooler as well as 4 TVs for your entertainment needs. The TV in the living room is an 80" 4K OLED TV. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
