This luxurious 15th century villa sets in the center of a nice village at the foothills of the Dolomites and it is a perfect holiday rental for family and friends. Guests experience a visit to a Renaissance villa with modern and luxurious touches. All living areas are furnished with a mix of modern Italian design and antiques that have belonged to the owner’s family for hundreds of years. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and private bathrooms offer comfortable living. The garden of two acres features an 18-meter swimming pool and a pool house with bathroom (shower). Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- STAFF: (1 person) for a maximum of 8 hours per day for 6 days a week included. Mandatory rest day to be agreed in advance. Support from a second person can be arranged at rates to be agreed (exact day to be agreed on a rental-by-rental basis).

- -Note: on support rest day (see above) breakfast and other meals can be consumed at nearby bars (in the Casagrande square, Piazza Roma) or restaurants 100 meters away.

- - Security deposit Euro 1500 in cash on site (to be used as an advance on heating and air conditioning costs and/or damage to property).
- - Pool opening dates May 3 – September 27 (in May could be cold, so the opening date must be reconfirmed)
- - All rentals start on Saturday afternoon, after 16:00 hours and end on Saturday morning 10:00am latest.
- - A non-refundable deposit of 30 % needs to be paid either upon reservation.
- - The Palazzo can be made available until the middle of November and opens up again in May. The Carpentry is equipped with heating and air conditioning and can run the entire year (PRICES ARE ON REQUEST)

- - Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm for an extra fee of 50 Euro
- No indoor smoking villa
