Villa Clara is 4* villa and is located in Kožino - small and quiet village by the sea near the city of Zadar. Villa extends on 1400 m of land.The interior of the Villa spreads on 700m2.On the Ground floor Villa features main entrance from which it is easy to come up to all the other rooms. On the left side is the entrance to the fully equipped kitchen, on the right is a guest toilet and a small storage room. From the left side is the spaciosu living room that has a lots of daylight thanks to the glass walls that extend through the entire wall of the living room, which also overlooks the pool, the sea and the beautiful sunset. Between living room and the bedrooms there is a hallway leading to the stairs to the garage and stairs to the first floor. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
